Viewpoints that might make me a bitch but I don't give a damn because they make perfect sense to me

1) If you do illegal drugs, you are a terrible person.
Not because drugs are bad for you. Not because "breaking the law is bad". It's normal to do something self destructive or antiestablimentarian of your own accord and others have no right to think any less of you for it. It's human nature. But because of the effects illegal drug trade has on the not-so-well-to-do countries of the world, nay, even on communties a hop and a skip away, one must be willfully ignorant or possess pingpong balls for a conscience to knowingly patronize vendors of illegal drugs. The addictions of the rich are killing the poor. "Addictions" in a generalized sense, also encompassing culturally ingrained, narcissistic desires. Drugs are the most obvious example, and diamonds a more subtle one. You may argue drugs like marijuana are not physiologically addictive. But I say we have a cultural draw towards marijuana. I have recently come to be befuddled by how this dried plant that finances the arbiters of violence in impoverished communities can be so glorified in movies and other facets of popular culture. Lighthearted stoner comedies against a backdrop of incomprehensible amounts of killing and terror in acquiring the herb that fuels them just does not make sense.
Legalizing marijuana in my opinion is a good start towards neutering the violence precipitated by the prohibition of drugs. I do get the sense that many of proponents champion the cause under the flag of helping the terminally ill and chronic pain sufferers ameliorate discomfort, and reducing crime rates and drug-related incarceration, but in their heart of hearts, really just want to be able to toke up whenever and however much they like. Which is shady, but fair enough. Whatever it takes to see the proposition through. However. If prop 19 does not pass, and sister propositions in other states falter, right-minded supporters would stop buying marijuana illegally, or they'd get it from a dispensary that grows their own product, because if not, it makes them hypocrites, accessories to every crime in a country torn by drug wars, and idiotic motherfuckers.

2) I do not support Israel. If you think me to be an anti-semite or sympathetic with Hitler as a result, you can fuck the fuck off.
Now, if Israel had, from the beginning, humbly tried to negotiate its stake in the land for which they had secured building rights in the old testament (Tiernan, 2007) millenia ago, sure. I probably wouldn't have to hear about it in the paper or NPR.

Now, if ANYBODY, with any belief, had decided to plant their fat ass where people resided and had been residing for millenia, and told them to fuck off (Tiernan, 2007) and used blatant force alongside the most bitchass underhanded measures possible to uproot and undermine the residents, cried foulplay when they fought back, and then called everyone who had a problem with that a bigot, then excuse my falsely alleged bigotry, but you are an idiot and completely depraved.
